PSA and TAG imports

Bring in one slab—or the entire pickup.

Start from certificate numbers you already have. Cardberry retrieves the available grading evidence, keeps each row reviewable, and shows what was added or still needs attention.

Flexible intake

Use the source that fits the collection.

Small acquisitions and large consignments should not require different inventory systems. Cardberry uses the same reviewable intake path whether you begin with one certificate or a batch.

Single certificate

Add a PSA or TAG certificate when you are working through a few new slabs at the desk.

Pasted certificate list

Paste a group of certificate numbers and review the resolved rows before committing them to inventory.

Supported vendor file

Upload a supported export for a larger pickup while keeping success and exception reporting item-specific.

Visible exceptions

Unsupported cards, incomplete evidence, and uncertain identities remain readable and do not silently become listable products.

After resolution

Evidence becomes inventory only with context.

  1. Keep the grader record

Certificate details and available slab imagery remain attached as source evidence.

  2. Resolve Pokemon support

Cardberry determines support from the evidence. Non-Pokemon rows stay visible but do not enter matching, pricing, or listing flows.

  3. Confirm the catalog card

Review the exact set, card number, language, and variant rather than trusting a fuzzy resemblance.

  4. Continue to storefront

Accepted rows can receive exact-grade pricing and a previewed Shopify product.

See how those rows become complete inventory records and move through the Cardberry workflow.
